Anthony Fontana, AMFT, APCC

Associate Therapist

“I’ve always been fascinated by psychology and human behavior. That curiosity first came to life for me through acting by embodying different characters and learning to see the world through their eyes. My work in the entertainment industry as a performer, vocal coach, and talent manager deepened that passion - especially in guiding others through high-pressure, creative careers. Over time, I realized the most meaningful part for me was helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level while helping them embrace their authenticity. Becoming a therapist allowed me to expand that work in a meaningful way by combining my creative roots with holistic, evidence-based tools to support people in living more aligned and authentic lives. The best part of my job is witnessing those powerful moments when someone starts to come home to themselves - feeling more ease in their body, clarity in their mind, and alignment with their true self. It’s an honor to hold space for that kind of transformation and to support people as they move toward a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and truly worth living."
