Medicare, TRICARE, Blue Cross Federal Employee Program, and Blue Shield of California policies are all considered out of network.

Are We In-Network for You?

To check your benefits and determine your eligibility status:

  1. Call your insurance company’s Member Services
  2. Inquire specifically for “Behavioral Health Benefits” in an “outpatient, professional setting”.
  3. Have a provider in mind? Ask the representative if he/she is in-network for you.

Out of Network?

Even if we are not in your network, we can help! Our billing department may bill your out-of-network insurance directly or provide you with a 
superbillA superbill is a form which provides all pertinent information that your health insurance company needs in order to create a claim for an out-of-network visit.

Any reimbursement you may receive will be credited to you.
for each date of service. Full payment for out-of-network services will be expected at the time of your appointment.
