"Having personally experienced the transformative power of a supportive therapeutic relationship, I’m inspired to foster that same sense of connection and growth with others. I strive to meet each client with authenticity and care, offering a compassionate, client-centered space grounded in trust and curiosity to explore emotions, gain insight, and move toward lasting change. The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing the moments of growth- both gentle and meaningful- as clients step into a life that feels grounded and true to themselves."
