Alison Kole, MD, MPH, FCCP, FAASM

Sleep Program Medical Director

"The best part of my job is witnessing improved quality of life under my care. I have had the honor and privilege of caring for the sickest patients in the Intensive Care Unit as a pulmonologist. My experiences on the front line during the COVID pandemic, including the negative impact of chronic stress on my mood and sleep quality, inspired me to pivot toward a focus on preventive care. Improving sleep is a crucial component of disease prevention. Combining rapid access via telemedicine with evidence-based Sleep science, I deliver quality personalized care, provided with compassion."
