I became a therapist because I’ve experienced firsthand how healing it can be to feel truly seen and heard in therapy. Being able to offer that same support to others is what drew me to this work. It’s deeply moving to witness someone start to make sense of their story and feel safe enough to fully show up as their authentic self. I consider it a privilege to hold space for life’s ups and downs, offering a steady, compassionate presence and honoring each person’s unique process toward growth.
