Oak Health Center’s Fullerton location is just a short walk or drive from the Cal State Fullerton campus. The clinical and medical teams provide services for individuals of all ages but we are proud to serve a young adult community due to our proximity to Cal State Fullerton, Chapman University, Biola University, and other academic institutions in the area. The Fullerton location benefits from having two suites which allows us to serve our medical patients in one space and our clinical patients in the other.
Fullerton is where OHC’s TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) program originally launched and we are proud to be the most affordable TMS clinic in the area. This location also houses our eating disorder specialty program but all those services are also available online for anyone seeking that additional support.

Parking & Directions
Location
The Oak Health Center Fullerton office is located at University Office Park in northern Orange County. We are conveniently located near the 57 and 91 freeways with close proximity to both Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton Junior College. We provide psychiatry, therapy, psychological assessments, and TMS to our north OC community. We serve patients of all ages. Treatment languages include Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, and Arabic.
Parking
- Major cross streets are Chapman Ave. and State College Blvd.
- Make sure your GPS is set to go to Fullerton, 92831. (2501 E Chapman Ave is a common street address in Orange County).
- Our parking lot entrance is easy to miss! If you are heading west on Chapman and have gone beyond the US Bank sign, you will need to turn around.
- There is ample parking in front of and behind our building.
